Skilful Strides currently accept NDIS participants who are self managed or plan managed. If you are plan managed please ensure to provide your plan manager’s email address when submitting your enquiry. Unfortunetly we do not currently provide services to NDIA managed participants.

PRIVATE HEALTH INSURANCE

If clients have private health insurance please contact your provider for further information on your medical cover level, and how to claim. Please note there may still be a gap required to be paid out of pocket.

Clients may be eligible to gain access to a Chronic Disease Management (CDM) plan to access Occupational Therapy to assist with the management of their condition with the benefits of a Medicare Rebate. Contact your GP for more information regarding a CDM plan. Please note there may still be a gap required to be paid out of pocket.
